  • Do I have to buy a full system?

    Our system design is modular in nature and is built to your requirements.  This allows for immense flexibility to adapt to changing demands from you and your clients.  We provide products from hardware and software, communications, and even specialized products using cutting edge technologies.

  • Is the RigMinder system expandable?

    Yes!  We designed our system to be modular.  Components can be added at any time to increase functionality.  We offer VoIP communications,  Gas analysis, Hazardous Gas Detection and even video monitoring in addition to our EDR system.

  • Can you do a custom build to fit my needs?

    Yes,  our system is comprised of custom hardware and software which can be tailored to your needs.  Our hardware can be built to your specifications and the software can be tailored to your usage.

  • Can I incorporate existing equipment into a RigMinder system?

    We can incorporate most sensors and equipment into our system. We can pull data from your PLC and retrofit most existing sensors to interface with our system. Contact us to see what solutions we can do for you.

  • Do you provide installation and training services?

    We provide services for both installation and training.  Since every installation is different, we review these details during the purchasing phase.  Installation can take place while the rig is being built or while the rig is in operation.  We also provide training on site for as long as is needed, from just a couple days to weeks to train the entire crew and staff in using our technology.  We believe our training is the best there is.

  • Do you provide a warranty?

    All of our hardware and software comes with a one (1) year warranty starting after the installation is complete.

  • What Hazardous rating do you support?

    Our equipment is certified for a wide variety of ratings including Class I Div. I & II, Zone I & II, ATEX and IS ratings. These systems are tailored to fit your applications.

  • What happens with our data?

    Your data is stored on site in our Master Processing Unit. It is also backed up to a cloud server that can be hosted on our servers or your servers. You always have access to this data at any time.

  • Do we need Internet access?

    Internet access is only needed for the cloud backups, remote administration and support, and communications such as voice and chat that go outside the rig.

  • Do you provide Internet access?

    Yes! In most cases we can provide Internet access using satellite technology to provide communications for the whole rig. We offer speeds that are faster than most of our competitors and our rates are much lower.

  • Do I have remote access to the system?

    We have website based apps that provide remote viewing of rig functionality. These apps provide EDR viewing with your own templates, access to rig analytics for the entire fleet, report generation, and remote administration of users are all possible through the cloud.

  • Do you offer any products or services that are not on your website?

  • Do you provide support?

    We provide support using email and phone and we use a remote desktop software to log in remotely.
